Best Management Practices (BMPs) Maintenance
Making a difference in water quality for the life of a development
All the KICP communities require that owners inspect and maintain their BMPs to ensure that they are working properly. Inspections and maintenance are necessary to ensure the BMP functions as designed and has the positive impact on local stream quality.
Inspection and maintenance plans detailing inspections, maintenance, frequency, and estimated costs are highly recommended, and in some cases it is required. Please budget accordingly.
