The KICP program contracts with the Partners for a Clean Environment (PACE) Program to educate local businesses about their potential impacts to stormwater.

PACE conducts educational site visits with property managers to ensure compliance and knowledge about local regulations.

PACE also has programs to educate and work with property managers, and homeowner's associations about proper Best Management Practices (BMP's) for stormwater protection.
