(Grades: 6-12) 50 minute programUsing local maps, students will identify the headwaters, tributaries, storm drains and other important features of their local watershed. This activity ties water into your local community and shows students how to better understand maps.

(Grades: 6-12) 50 minute programWhere does our water come from, and where does it go after we use it? We turn on the tap, drink it, bathe in it, flush it, let it drain and more. Students will learn about local water resources from source to tap and beyond in this 45-minute interactive slide show presentation.
